These terms govern use of dksc97 (the "app") and of this website. The app is a private mail-archiving tool operated by its owner. By using the app or this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app exports email from the account owner's Gmail mailbox into .msg
files and stores those files in the account owner's Google Drive. How data is handled is
described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may use the app only with a Google Account you are entitled to access. You must not use it to access or copy data you do not have permission to access, to break any law, or to interfere with Google's services or with anyone else's account.
You are responsible for the Google Account you connect, for keeping your credentials and the computer on which the app runs secure, and for the files the app creates in your Drive or on your computer. Keep your own separate backups — an archive is not a substitute for one.
The app and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from error. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, that every message will be exported successfully, or that exported files will be free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from use of, or inability to use, the app or this site.
The app relies on Google's services (Gmail and Google Drive). Their availability and their terms are governed by Google, not by us.
We may update these terms from time to time. A revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
